Privacy notice (English)
Controller. Bogina Partners Yönetim Danışmanlığı A.Ş., İzmir, Türkiye (“Bogina Partners”, “we”). Contact: contact@bogina.com.
What we collect. When you use the contact form, send a discussion brief or e-mail us, we process the data you provide: name, company, e-mail address, the topic and content of your message, and — for discussion briefs — the options you selected. The website does not use analytics cookies or third-party trackers. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and forward form submissions.
Why and on what basis. To respond to your enquiry, to prepare and conduct a first conversation, and to keep records of our correspondence. Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) Article 5 and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR, processing is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Where you tick the consent box, you also give your explicit consent to this processing.
Sharing and transfers. We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Form submissions are transmitted through Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), whose servers may be located outside Türkiye; this constitutes a transfer abroad within the meaning of KVKK Article 9, carried out on the basis of your explicit consent given via the form. We share data with professional advisers or authorities only where required by law.
Retention. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and thereafter for the period required by applicable statutory record-keeping obligations.
Your rights. Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request information about recipients and transfers. Write to contact@bogina.com; we respond within the statutory period (30 days under KVKK). You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, where applicable, your local supervisory authority.
